Representatives of the Hanseatic Institute for Entrepreneurship and Regional Development at the University of Rostock (HIE-RO) took part in an annual Science Camp (Forschungscamp 2017) organized by the University of Rostock.
The Science Camp is an interdisciplinary platform for exchange and networking, organized on behalf of the Vice-Rector for Research and Knowledge Transfer by the Research and Knowledge Transfer Unit (D1.3) in cooperation with the Graduate Academy.
Among others, HIE-RO had unique opportunity to present its and KryoInnoNetz achievements to Mr. Christian Pegel, Minister for Energy, Infrastructure and Digitalisation in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, who is the Science Camp’s patron.
The HIE-RO was represented by Mr Pawel Warszycki, institute’s executive director and Dr Detlef Andrich, the owner of the Baltic Engineering Flare GmbH – a company active as a partner in the KryoInnoNetz. network. KryoInnoNetz. is a project funded by ZIM KN Programme and aiming at development of a research and development network where small and medium sized companies and research institutions jointly develop products and services to unlock the potential of cryogenic fuel (LBG/LNG) as an energy source.
